Be the best you can be with

Gregory Hall School

We are run by Geoff and Ana Gregory.

Ana: I am an educator with over twenty years’ experience. I teach a variety of subjects online from Reception age up to KS2 and I’ve built the biggest online community for English-speaking kids overseas whose parents opted to use my help in homeschooling them.

I also offer mentorships and workshops to parents and teachers - see book your lessons for information.

Geoff: I believe that it is so important to do everything we can to give our kids the best start in life we can offer. I also think that being a bilingual is not just speaking 2 or more languages but you need to also immerse yourself in the culture and have a feel for it.

Our mission statement is to provide children with learning in a friendly, inclusive and safe environment.

I believe that every child is smart and able to learn with the right encouragement.

It is important to grow the confidence of your little one so they are not scared to join in and can contribute to help improve their skills.

I teach kids not to remember but question the information they are given using critical thinking. My students rely not on my teacher-adult opinion, but on their own.

The dictionary defines ability as possession of a skill to do something, I give your child the tools to do anything.

I am currently teaching 90 students from the UK and overseas.

Inspirational online classes

With all our lessons being small class sizes (up to 8 pupils) everyone gets a chance to contribute and they get more individual one to one time than they would in a different environment.

We are not against mainstream schools but offer a way to improve your child so their extra lessons can go hand in hand with their current ways of learning. Some of my students have us as their only and primary teachers, others (including my own kids) have extra lessons with us to deepen their knowledge and work on their confidence.

We are working hand in hand with mainstream schools.

Stories are a gateway

to new lands and worlds

I absolutely adore sharing my love of stories and language with little children.

The way I use this creates an interactive and fun environment to learn.

My selection of stories gets children talking. The books I pick trigger their imagination which leads to fun and involved conversations and often this leads to the children learning without even knowing or realising.

When faced with reluctant readers I find they feel more confident and my choices reignite their passion for reading and the language.
